Mold design, and manufacturing should pay attention to what

Step 1: the original three 3D data drawing of the parts provided by the original customer includes the overall size, so that we can do exercises

Step 2: in fact, after understanding the relationship between the three views in the process of drawing application, it can be understood that it doesn't matter to start from that view first. In UG, you can start from the secondary view. If you start from the front view, you can also do it from the front view (which means that it is a little troublesome). For example, if you start from the top view (you can't get the data of the top circle tangent point when creating), you can start from the top view When the view is started, you can start the construction through the bottom datum plane, and then you can use the simplest method to build the complex product drawing. In the sketch, you can create the curve by providing the required dimension.

Step 3: construct an entity with a total length of 54mm by drawing the curve closed by the sketch, as shown in the figure below; the left and right features of the whole have the same effect, so we need to create half of them. Finally, we can use the mirror feature or mirror body.

Step 4: refer to the border of the lowest datum body to construct the features of the front view, fix the tangent point of the border to make a circle by the size of the total length, including the distance position of the end point of the oblique line, and the control distance is 22m.

Step 5: complete the sketch, and then use the extruded body to make the front view arc body. Of course, as mentioned above, when the front and rear feature effects are the same, it means that it needs to make half and then mirror the body.
