1. Die structure and manufacturing accuracy:

(1) The plastic parts come out of the cavity of the injection mold. The structure and manufacturing accuracy of the mold will directly affect the dimensional accuracy of the plastic parts. Therefore, comprehensive consideration should be taken when designing the injection mold processing. Not only the parting surface of the mold should be considered to facilitate the molding and taking out of the plastic part, but also the melt fluidity of the plastic part during the processing and molding of the injection mold, which involves many factors such as the distribution of the gate, the location of the gate, the way of exhaust, the cooling of the injection mold and so on. These problems can be fully considered only when the high precision of the parts is obtained.

(2) In the process of injection molding, the cavity of the injection mold should bear a high pressure. If the rigidity of the mold is not enough, the mold will deform and the dimensional accuracy of the plastic part will be reduced. Therefore, when designing the mold, the mold structure should be fully considered to make it bear the molding pressure.

2. Wear of injection mold:

After the injection mold is put into production, it needs to work for a long time under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure. Some plastic additives, such as hard filler, glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc., will wear the mold cavity more seriously. Over time, the size of the cavity will gradually become larger, and the size of the plastic part will also become larger, thus increasing the size error. In addition, the wear of some moving parts, such as guide pillar and guide sleeve in long-term operation, increases the gap, which reduces the accuracy of mold closing and increases the dimensional error.

3. Injection mold installation

The work of moving and fixing injection mold is to use guide pillar and guide sleeve to orient and locate. Therefore, it must be installed accurately to ensure the accuracy of moving and fixed mold closing. If it is not properly installed, the guide pillar and guide sleeve will be offset, which will reduce the dimensional accuracy of plastic parts. Therefore, the installation of injection mold should be taken seriously.

4. It is not easy to rust, large injection mold processing rust resistance is very strong, which can not only effectively avoid the large injection mold processing because of corrosion caused by the decline in aesthetics, or can avoid the impact of large injection mold processing corrosion on product quality.

5.
